The Wyoming Arts Council is a good resource for all Wyoming artists. The Council provides information about grants and programs for Wyoming writers and artists as well as providing resources for teachers and art groups.

WyoPoets is a chapter of the National Federation of State Poetry Societies. WyoPoets produces workshops (when possible) and provides contests and resources for Wyoming Poets. The group also publishes a chapbook entitled: Watershed Dues are $20.00 per year. The group welcomes members from nearby States.

Wyoming Writers, Inc. began in 1974. The group provides resources for all Wyoming writers. They also produce conferences and a newsletter that is distributed to libraries, members and schools. On the Wyoming Writers website you can add a link to your own website or blog.

The Bear Lodge Writers have been meeting twice a month in Sundance, Wyoming since 1979. When you get familiar with this group, it may be hard to contain your excitement for their projects; and I mean that sincerely. Bear Lodge Writers is own to Wyoming writers of all genres. They encourage members to read their own work and to help critique the work of other Wyoming writers.
Meetings (when possible) are held at the Crook County Library, 414 Main Street in Sundance. See link above for updates on meetings.

The Jackson Hole Writers Conference provides workshops and panel discussions by noted writers in all genres. Clearly, in recent months, their conferences have gone online. But it may well worth your time to check the link above and log into a Jackson Hole Writers activity.
And when you get the chance (in better times) be sure and pay a visit to Jackson Hole. I was there some years ago and it is a beautiful area!
